Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what information Budha Super 20 collects when you register your interest, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, WhatsApp number, school, town/city, stream and course preference, entered in the registration form.
- Basic technical information such as your browser type and the campaign (if any) that brought you to the site, used only for understanding how students find us.
How we use it
- To register your interest in Super 20 and assign your registration number.
- To send you a WhatsApp message with your registration number and an invite to our WhatsApp community, where the test date and all further details are shared.
- To share your details with Budha’s admissions team if you rank in the top 20, or if you choose to take admission at Budha.
- To measure how our registration campaign is performing, using Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
WhatsApp communication
By registering, you agree to receive updates about Super 20 on the WhatsApp number you provide, as required for us to share the test date, the community invite and your result.
Where your data is stored
Registration data is stored in a secured database (Supabase) accessible only to our server systems and our admissions team, via a password-protected internal view. We do not maintain any other copy of it.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this registration: Supabase (database hosting) and AiSensy (WhatsApp messages). We do not sell your data.
Your choices
To ask what data we hold about you, or to request it be corrected or deleted, write to hello@budhacollege.org. Note that we need your WhatsApp number to send you test updates and your result, so deletion before the test is complete may affect your registration.
